Real-estate teams live and die by their leads, and most of them are still tracking everything in spreadsheets and phone memory. Compass is the system that replaces that. Capture the lead, score it, assign it, follow up.
It's multi-tenant from the start. Each company gets its own isolated workspace, with teams, pipelines and data that never leak between accounts. That's the part that makes it usable by an actual brokerage and not just one agent working alone.
It's an ongoing product, not a one-shot delivery. I ship in small pieces and let the roadmap follow what the agents on the ground actually ask for.
